Fees follow scope: entities, reconciliation modules, and how deep sampling needs to go. Numbers below are starting points for planning conversations.
Pricing is informational. There is no online checkout. Every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal after a scoping call.

Estimate factors we always ask about
- Which reconciliation management application and version you run
- How many legal entities and ledgers feed the matching process
- Whether we work in production read-only, a mirror, or escorted sessions
- Whether findings must align to a named internal control framework
- Travel outside the Tokyo metro area
Deposits
A 30% deposit reserves calendar space for full application audits. Shorter reviews may be billed 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery. Details appear in your proposal and in our refund policy.
What we do not sell
Monthly retainers for outsourced matching, software licences, or “unlimited advisory” packages. If your need is ongoing operations support, we will say so and decline politely.
